Received my screens yesterday and it took longer to unpackage them than it did to install them due to the great packaging to keep them safe. They fit perfectly. Beyond happy with them. Thank you.

Ordering online was seamless and easy. The description helped me figure out exactly how to measure my windows. The screens arrived today, and they fit perfectly and look great!
Advantages: Emailed customer service about 10 days in to see what the status of the order was and got a reply within a few hours with status. They were very nice and helpful. Thank you!

Received my screens today. A PERFECT fit. Received them just as ordered. They were packaged for shipping beyond great. This is the company to order from when you need screens. Be sure to measure correctly as they will give you exactly what you ordered.

Customer Service was above and beyond. Ordered 2 custom screens as a Christmas present shortly before Christmas and understandably they said they wouldn't be able to get them done in time. Was pleasantly surprised to find them showing up just in time before Christmas. Quality is there as well.

My screens were well packed and measurements were just as ordered. I was pleased with the quality of the screens. Not so pleased with the shipping cost since it was more than the price of the screens but I ordered them anyway. It teaches me that screens are not something you want to order online if you have any other choice.
Advantages: Excellent replacement screens that are well made and shipped in protective packaging.
Disadvantages: High shipping costs with no cheaper options.

Great workmanship, custom dimensions were perfect. I was amazed at the great care taken to ship this one screen. The wood framing around the screen guaranteed safe delivery and was a work or art in and of itself. I would absolutely recommend this company to others.
