Springs, Clips, Latches

Would not work for our screens & had to return. Very upset about charge for postage. I was charged $18.28 to ship FedX ground. I returned first class for only $3.50. Attempts to obtain an adjustment were futile & resulted in passing the buck between Quality Screen and FedX. Cannot imagine what it would cost to ship something that weighed more than 5 or 6 ounces
