Received my screens yesterday and it took longer to unpackage them than it did to install them due to the great packaging to keep them safe. They fit perfectly. Beyond happy with them. Thank you.

Customer Service was above and beyond. Ordered 2 custom screens as a Christmas present shortly before Christmas and understandably they said they wouldn't be able to get them done in time. Was pleasantly surprised to find them showing up just in time before Christmas. Quality is there as well.

My screens were well packed and measurements were just as ordered. I was pleased with the quality of the screens. Not so pleased with the shipping cost since it was more than the price of the screens but I ordered them anyway. It teaches me that screens are not something you want to order online if you have any other choice.

Had a screen missing screen that needed to be replaced. Process was easy. Just measure the screen dimensions. I just used a screen from an identical sized screen to measure and fit it into the window with the missing screen to test in stead of measuring the bare window. I initially felt the shipping was high even though the shipping was on the lower end compared to the other companies. However, the screen came wrapped up tighter than Fort Know. I think I could have dropped the wooden frame the screen was shipped in and the contents would have been fine. The screen came in a well put together wooden frame held together by several nails. It literally took me 15 minutes to get the screen out of that frame. I do not think a woman or non handy type person will be able to get the screen out of the box without doing damage to the screen and if not themselves. I couldn't imagine my wife or sister opening that box alone even with tools..

Advantages: Screen came in exactly the length that I measured. All taps and springs were secured.


Disadvantages: None. Don't see how anyone but a mechanically inclined and equipped man or woman could open the box the screen is shipped in themselves. Get some help and you'll have a brand new screen with no injuries to it or you.

The screen I ordered was perfect for my window frame. The shipment was well packed/protected for delivery so the screen was in brand new condition when received. Screens appear to be good quality material and sturdy. I was worried that one or more might not fit, but they all did, so my measurements must have been correct and you made the correct “cuts.” Somewhat challenging to unpack the screens but packing is very secure to protect against bending during shipping. I accidentally dropped one screen on another one while unpacking them, and, I unfortunately put a small hole in one screen. Is there a repair kit available?
