Easy to follow measuring instructions insured a great fit when they arrived - which they did, faster than I had expected based on some earlier reviews. Customer service was also very helpful when I had a question about placement of the spring-loaded latching mechanism. While the shipping is expensive, the screens were fully protected from any possible in-transit damage by the solid wood-framed packing. I will definitely be ordering from them again. My initial order was for only four screens, but based on the quality of their product, I'll be replacing all the screens on my 20 year old house.
