Custom Fiberglass Patio & Porch Screen Panels

I just added these Custom Screen Panels to our house built in the 1950's. It has wood window frames and never had screens installed. Quality Window Screens had everything I needed including good advice on measuring, and frame sizes. Alec also advised on the use of a crossbar with the size of screens I was to order.
The order was completed for 9 screens and except for one crossbar issue all was perfect. They installed easily with the Wood Window Hardware pack. 4 screws per window and they all installed perfectly. I am very happy with the sale, service and follow up from Alec, and Amanda.

Advantages: Easy to order. All options clearly marked on the webpage. Choice of screens, frame color. Fast shipping with no damage to either the packaging, nor the screens within.

Disadvantages: One out of nine screens had the crossbar installed in the wrong direction. With confirmation about the process from Alec, I was able to change the direction of the crossbar and all is well.

I was asked by my customer to install screens on her two garage doors so she could work in her garage with ventilation and without insects.

Advantages: I chose custom made screens that would fit the actual garage door framing and be light enough so they could easily be installed and removed when not required.

Disadvantages: There were no disadvantages in the product. They were made to size and shipped in a fabricated box in perfect condition.

Great quality and they fit exactly to the measurements I ordered.

Their website was easy to use. Our order was produced in a decent amount of time & delivery was as expected. We love the beautiful appearance it was made to our screen porch!

Advantages: I received daily progress emails as to the status of the order as well as once it was shipped I knew exactly where it was at. If the screens ever get damaged they will be easy to replace as they have the rubber cording that you just press down with a device to keep new screening in place.

Disadvantages: I wish I would have chosen a different screen than just the standard. I didn’t want to obstruct the view & I wasn’t sure of the other options that may have been a little more durable to the wind so they wouldn’t loosen up over time.

We ordered screens for our new windows and couldn’t be happier. They fit perfectly and look great.

I had a large screen made and was very happy with the price, service and quality. I made a mistake and assumed a screen that large came with cross bracing but it did not. I did find when I picked it up I could have added cross bracing in the hardware comments. I wish there had been a pop up question about that. But I’m very satisfied and will be a repeat customer

Measure carefully. Screens are Not made a bit smaller than the numbers you provide, the way that blinds are.

i ordered a custom screen with almond colored 1" frame with mitered corners and fiberglass screen with the slightly larger mesh for patios.

even getting mitered corners from local shops was impossible, much less the other custom options. mobile screen outfits had a ridiculous minimum for a single screen and i doubt they had all those options either.

the custom screen was shippped in an extremely sturdy custom, wooden framed crate, which accounts for the high shipping and handling cost but essentially guaranteed the screen would arrive unblemished, but even with that cost, the total was less expensive than local shops that pretty much offered zero options anyway, and less than the minimum of the mobile outfits

oh, and the screen was beautifully made!

and finally, i called before i ordered with a couple of questions and was very impressed with the excellent help i received over the phone.

I replaced my 20 year old porch screens with ones custom made from Quality Screen. They were built exactly to my measurements and fit great. I was especially impressed with the custom made crate that they were shipped in as the screens were very large in size. I also spoke to a representative about the online order and she was quite helpful. Overall, a very positive experience.

When you make any screens with the aluminum frames that are taller than 48", I would suggest that you put a "stablizer" bar across the center to keep the framework rigid. The 73" frames that I got would not stay in place. The wind would blow on the screens, and they would come together in the center and pull the thumb pulls out of the holes. I corrected the problem with an additional brace across the center.

I was impressed with how smooth ordering and delivery was! Sizes were perfect my customer was extremely satisfied! We will do business again!
