terrible service I'll never order from this company again the customer service is horrible they didn't want to own up to the mistake they made on the screen. Amanda was very rude to me after I tried to return the screens so that they could fix the problem Amanda, said they would not be able to fix the screen they made !/2 inch to large for my window, she explained in order to fix the screen they would have to charge me but wouldn't explain how much. I had explain that wouldn't be problem I just wanted the screens fix. her explanation was she could send me instruction on how to fix them my self, this her way of resolving my issue.I got stuck with almost $300 worth screen just setting in my garage. I was finally able to contact a local screen company to help fix my screen.
