I ordered several custom screens from Quality. Some arrived damaged due to the shipping company’s mishandling. Quality replaced these screens in a timely manner. My complaint is that the frames are flimsy and despite the measurements being correct, the screens don’t fit tightly in the windows. Two of them bent while trying to install and one fell outside and bent. The tabs at the bottom of the screens came out with very little effort while trying to install. I am very disappointed in this company.
