Screen Frame Notching Jig and Tool

The website states to measure the screen exactly. I measured 16 11/16" height. The first screen sent was 16 13/16". I contacted the company and they told me to take a picture and if I was correct, they would send me 2 new screens. The also emailed me that the tolerance is 1/16". I explained that they should make the new screen 16 10/16" just in case. I was told they could only make the screen the size of my original order. They quickly made and sent the new screens, and they were again 16 13/16". I couldn't believe it. I emailed the company very upset about this and just said I would make do, because the customer service representative wasn't overly helpful and I didn't want to continue to deal with them. I gave them a chance and they chose to stick to their policy and whoever made the next set of screens made the exact same mistake.
