Finding the right screening spline can be challenging, especially when you aren’t sure which type to choose. At Quality Window Screen Co., we offer several different types for your specific needs—flat, serrated, foam core, and screen retainer spline. Whether you own a screening business or you’re taking on a DIY project at home, having enough spline on hand will save you time and money.

We offer several flat screen spline options to choose from. The 5/16 Flat Screen Retainer Spline is available in 100-foot rolls. This spline measures 16 x 5/16 inches, made of quality solid core vinyl. The Flat Screen Retainer Spline is typically used for screen patios, as well as porch structures. We also have the Flat Vinyl Screen Spline in .315 and .344 sizes. This popular spline for screens is made of high-quality vinyl in a 500-foot roll. This is also widely used for patio screen repair and fabrication. Each of these options come in black and grey.

If you’re looking for serrated screen spline, this collection has two different sized rolls. The 15-pound roll of serrated spline is exactly what you need for your screening business and other large projects. It’s made of high-quality hollow core vinyl, so it’ll install easily and help make the finished screen look great. Choose from widths ranging from .125 to .250. You’ll also find serrated spline in a 500-foot offering. These come in both black and grey as well. For smaller household projects, choose the 100-foot spline for screening. This selection comes in black and is priced to be very economical for those who won’t need spline often.

The Foam Core Screen Spline is very useful and may be just what you need. This screen spline differs from vinyl, as it’s more resilient and versatile. It can be more easily fitted into grooves, so if your measurements are just a tad off from the sizes we offer, the foam core will allow the spline to work regardless. Choose from widths from .120 to .270.
