Most efficient to build new screens with 100' long rolls. Big box stores carry rolls of 25' lengths.

Advantages: I bought a 100ft roll of black aluminum screen materal because of the large number of screens on our screened in porch in the mountains of Northern NY. It is very expensive to replace this much material from the local hardware store.

Disadvantages: None that I can think of.

Hi out there, I'm from Canada and needed a 60 inch wide roll of black aluminum screen X 100 feet which I could not source here at home.
