Imperial Sliding Screen Door Guard 36" Wide

Very satisfied. Could not find a 34'x 48 guard to replace the one I bought years ago. Had to use the one I bought from you and add a sheet of decorative alluminum to the bottom to ge 48 inches.No one else had one like I replaced either. I have a high jumping German Shorthair pointer.

Advantages: A great well made guard.

Disadvantages: Dont offer a screen guard like the one I replaced.

The door guards are sturdy and just right for our patio sliding door screen. Easy to install, protects the screen from our 135 pound dog and wide enough so their is no gap, so our cat cannot scratch the screen. We needed 4 to fit the height of the door because our dog is huge (2 inside, 2 outside) so this was quite expensive, but we could not find this size any where else. Well packaged so they were not damaged during shipping.

Advantages: Size to fit 36 inch width screens without side gaps, sturdy, quality

Disadvantages: Little pricey, we could have used extra screws.

We love these screen guards! Bought 3 for ourselves and 1 for our son. Not only do the dogs not scratch the outside screen, but they see it from the inside and have not tried to charge through it.

Very sturdy and does the job. My dog kept crashing through the screen door. This keeps her from doing that. It’s a quality product.

I am very pleased with this screen door guard. I cut the extra width of the horizontal bars with my bolt cutter. My husband screwed it to the inside of our sliding screen. Our 2 dogs had managed to make a hole in the screen (which I patched right before we attached the guard) and then push the door off the track to get out. Brats! With the guard on, they no longer do this. I am pleased that it could fit on the inside of the screen and not hamper the door's sliding.

Advantages: Easily installed with a little effort. (I could have done it all alone. ;-) ) Works to stop dogs from ruining screen and pushing on door.

Disadvantages: It would have been nice if the screws had come with it. As seems to always be the case, despite having millions of screws, we didn't have the right ones for this and had to go buy them.

Works very well. I use it for the cat.

Awesome product! I ordered this because my dog went through the screen but as soon as I put this on, it worked right away. My dog noticed it and didn't go through the screen. I highly recommend this product if you have dogs.

Fit my screen frame perfectly using the predrilled holes in the guard. Squared up screen frame, drilled pilot holes, installed the furnished screws & done!

Advantages: Guard is made of steel with a good finish. After installed it makes the screen frame much more ridgid to hold squareness with door frame.

We are very pleased with the screen door guard. Our cat had clawed our screen and now she sits and waits patiently.

Advantages: Easy to attach to the screen door w/ the metal screws provided.

Disadvantages: I didn't have tin-snips so had to take it to hardware store to size it down. They are nice and did it at no charge.

My order arrived within the time estimated and was packaged so a freight company's new forklift driver couldn't damage it.
The product looks great and easy to install.

These door guards are absolutely GREAT!!! They actually fit my 36" wide screen doors perfectly. They don't even obstruct the view. Love them!!! Keeps the dogs in/out without damage to the screen.

Super satisfied...got cheaper one...did not last...this one is strong.pretty and perfect. Could not find one l8kw this in any local lumber stores.

Installed this in about 20 minutes and most of the time was getting the right tools. This is perfect. Our Gordon Setter now waits patiently for the door to open. This is a great help as she and her sister used to have no respect for the screen. You need a drill and a nut driver and this is done in minutes! A must buy if you have pets and screen doors.
