I ordered the materials on Wednesday and received the order on Saturday in
time for a do-it-yourself installation for the weekend. I was contacted by
cell on Wednesday morning after I had mistakingly ordered the wrong
materials (frame and solar screen material). I was advised to upgrade the
frame and downgrade the solar screen which I did. Today, I was able to
construct and place the solar screens in the most vulnerable areas (western
exposure) before the afternoon sun beat down on my home. I am so pleased
with the results (so is my wife!). Thanks for personal attention to detail
and your expediance. I will refer more of my neighbors and family to your
operation. Thanks again.
