These extrusions were perfect for screening in my porch.

Advantages: Strong, easy to cut with a miter saw.

I use these for making a sliding door with clear PVC
for my porche.the of my two doors are 4 feet x 8 feet
and do the job I am very satisfied.

Advantages: I was able to get longer lengths and higher quality materials than what is offered at hardware stores.

Disadvantages: You have to wait a couple of days. but it is worth it.

First: Although the frames were packaged very well, FedEx Home Delivery still managed to damage them. When I contacted Quality Screen, Dellanira, their customer service Rep., did not hesitate to apologize and immediately sent replacement frames. How refreshing!
Second: I was fabricating 4' x 5' Screens for my Sunroom Windows, the frames, spline, corners a;; fit perfectly and were very sturdy once assembled (Do build a jig to hold your frames when screening).
Very happy and would not hesitate to purchase again.

After searching for replacement screens I came upon Quality Screens. I used their measurement guidance, ordered screens for my entire house, and I cant say enough about how happy I am with the results. 6 out of 5 stars.

Advantages: Measurement guidance resulted in a PERFECT fit. The shipping costs may seem high, but WAIT ... the shipping material was professional ensuring now way screens could be damaged in shipment. Custom sizing is another huge advantage.

Disadvantages: I didn't find Quality Screens sooner :-).

Large patio enclosure. Did entire job 10 screens with this material and screening from Quality Screen. Great products and customer service is top notch. This is my go to screen company.

Good heavy duty framing that is hard to find. Goes together well. Be sure to account for the camber in the frame pieces when cutting the 45s for the corners. The chart said to use 180 mil spline which this user found to be a little small.

Advantages: Solid framing

Disadvantages: The recommended 180 mil spline is little too loose

Quality Screen is the only place that handles 7/16 screen framing which I needed for my 1950's sun room. The order was delivered quickly, correctly and packaged perfectly.

I ordered screen frame, corners and fabric for a large living room window. The materials arrived on time and I set about making the solar screens. However, as I got to the end of the project I discovered I had "misfigured". I called and explained my error. The young lady (excellent customer service skills) asked me what I needed, I told her and the materials was at my house the very next afternoon. I only had to pay shipping. Where else are you going to get service like that. I will definitely use Quality Screen again - made in Texas!!!

Great frame material. Works well when using Suntex 90 material, but larger frames benefit from using a crossbar support and clips.
