I returned from my vacation to find the two window screens that I had ordered from you waiting for me - as promised by your estimated lead times. As I began the process of opening the package and fit checking the screens, there were several observations about my order that I wanted to share with you: 1) The combination of wood and cardboard packaging that was used for my screens was excellent. No wonder something as fragile as aluminum window screens ship from Texas to Washington and arrive in perfect condition. 2) The screens themselves were excellent - clean, tight screens surrounded by unblemished and handsome aluminum. I know that you build screens +/- 1/8", but you built mine at +/- 0". 3) They fit perfectly, in part because of the guidelines that I got from your website plus the timely email reply to a question that I had. Something as small as an order for two window screens is a small deal for you, but a big deal for me. Thanks for the great service and even better product. ...
