Dan, forgot to drop off a note to express my appreciation and pleasure on the order and the final product, got done last month. I can't express enough, it was soooooo, easy and what a difference it make in looks and heat reflection. I will be ordering more screen material next year to replace the old screen. Can't wait.
One suggestion - might want to include a thumbnail (a few drops in a pill dispense of sort) of touchup paint with your kits - seems like no matter how hard I tried, still scuffed up in places. Since I have/had a large home project, bought spray paint for the job. Just a thought.

The entire process was professional.
The screens arrived today in perfect condition - the packing was excellent and FedEx handled the package perfectly.
The screens fit exactly right and the two leaf springs provide enough tension to hold them in place.

I just want to tell you how pleased I am with your product. I ordered nine screens from you and two of them where solar screens that cover the whole window. All your corners where tight and with no gaps. The reason I tell you this is because I went to our local Barstow screen and glass and was going to have new screen put on but they told me for ten dollars more I could have a brand new one.(I did) I got the new one home and was installing it when on the inside corner I saw the there was a eighth to a quarter inch gap but tight on the outside. I called then and they told me because they cut them by hand that's what you get. I took it back and asked if they would make me a good one and they told me I got the best they had. I do not know how they stay in business. Thought you should know that you do great work and I thank you. Also I price them before I settle on you and they where higher price even with your shipping included. Once again thank you.

I just did my screen porch with Screeneze and it was the most wonderful product I have seen. After installing the angles, the screen installation was quick and easy. The finished job looked great Thank You.

1) The website could be organized a bit better.

3) EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION: I received my tracking number when the product was shipped.

4) Easy to assemble, great craftmanship: spot-on measurements, clean 45 degree cuts and extra material on spline and screen

6)Suggestion: add a step on the instructions to clean down tracks and add some lubricant. (got that off another website...) Screen door slides like an ice skate!
